Creating an account at our server, You automatically accept the terms of this agreement, and the rules of the moonwell.su game server. The Administration is not responsible for the players violations of the World of Warcraft™ End-user Licence Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree with some points of the agreement, You have the right to stop using this resource.

1) This unofficial server of the World of Warcraft game is an experimental non-profit development, created to familiarize users with the World of Warcraft game. This server is not a violation of EULA World of Warcraft, because The game client was not decompiled for the research and development, and the development is not a derivative work of the original game, but is an introductory imitation project.

2) The server requires a change of the realmlist.wtf or the usage of third-party programs, That is a violation of paragraph A of the 4 article of EULA World of Warcraft. The users do this change, taking responsibility and accepting the terms of this agreement.

3) The distribution of the game client is forbidden by EULA, That’s why our server doesn’t provide wholly or partly neither original World of Warcraft client, nor the preliminary (alpha or beta) version of the client. All the updates, placed on this site are not changed and match the official ones.

4) All the accounts, characters, items, Skills and other game elements are the property of the Administration of the server. All the static game content (including the elements: names, the code, incidental music, objects, stories, dialogues, locations, graphics and NPC animations, their placement, landscape elements, visual effects, the history, etc.) is the intellectual property of Blizzard Entertainment except where noted.

5) Static content such as the placement of the NPC’s, objects, talent information, spell information and formulas were obtained by learning the open internet-resources, the official user manual guide, official forum messages, paid and free game manuals and the personal experience of the Administration, based on playing at World of Warcraft official server.

6) The claims for static game content, graphics, game design and other objects of the intellectual property of Blizzard Entertainment can be made by the Blizzard Entertainment representatives in the manner prescribed by the EULA World of Warcraft in case of official server account presence, and in case of absence of the EULA violation by the player.

7) All the donations, made by the users of our server are voluntary, gratuitous and non-refundable. Making a donation the user automatically accepts this terms. Requests for the return of donated funds are not considered, the user must assess the advantages and disadvantages before donating. Users perform all the actions for financial support of our project on their own risk.

8) Before the first entry into the game, the player is required to delete the Cache folder located in the game's directory to avoid potential discrepancies and errors in the game content.
