Subject of the Offer

This document is a public offer of the Administration of the moonwell.su resource (hereinafter the "Seller") for the sale of digital goods. By making a payment, the User fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this offer (acceptance).

The Seller sells digital goods only — in-game currency ("coins"), in-game items, services and game account privileges. No physical goods are sold and no physical delivery is performed.

Payment is made voluntarily, is not a donation, and is treated as payment for a digital product.

Terms of Use

By registering a game account and/or connecting to this server, you automatically accept the terms of this agreement, the server rules, the privacy policy, as well as all rules and conditions established on this resource moonwell.su. The Administration is not responsible for possible violations of the World of Warcraft™ End User License Agreement (EULA) by players. If you do not agree with any provisions of this Agreement, you have every right to stop using this resource.

Unofficial Server

This unofficial World of Warcraft game server (hereinafter the "Server") is an experimental development created to introduce users to the game World of Warcraft. Access to the gameplay on the Server is provided free of charge. Certain additional features are provided on a paid basis in the form of digital goods (see the "Sale of Digital Goods" section). This server does not violate the World of Warcraft EULA, as no decompilation or reverse engineering of the game client was performed during its development. The development is not a derivative work of the original game, but is an introductory imitation project.

Connecting to the Server

Connecting to the Server requires modifying the realmlist.wtf file or using third-party programs, which is a violation of paragraph A, section 4 of the World of Warcraft EULA. Users perform this modification at their own risk, assuming full responsibility and agreeing to the terms of this Agreement.

Distribution of the game client is prohibited by the EULA. Therefore, neither the original World of Warcraft client nor any of the preliminary (alpha, beta, etc.) versions of the client are provided on the Server, in whole or in part. All game updates hosted on this site's server are unmodified and fully match the official ones. The Server is an unofficial mirror for enGB and enUS game updates.

Administration Property

All user accounts, characters, in-game items, skills and other acquired elements are the property of the Server Administration. All static game content (including, but not limited to: names, computer code, music, objects, stories, dialogues, locations, NPC graphics and animation, their placement, landscape elements, visual effects, lore and other elements) is the intellectual property of Blizzard Entertainment, except as otherwise specified.

Sources of static content: Static game content, such as the placement of NPCs and objects, information about talents, spells, formulas and other game data, was obtained by studying open internet resources, the official User Manual, official forum data, paid and free game guides, as well as the Administration representatives' own experience based on playing on official World of Warcraft servers.

Sale of Digital Goods

Product composition. The digital product is coins — the internal accounting unit of the resource — as well as the in-game items, services and privileges purchased with them. Coins are not money, electronic money or securities; they cannot be exchanged for money or cashed out.

Price. The price is shown on the payment page at the time the order is placed. Payment system fees may be charged on top of the price and are shown when the payment method is selected.

Delivery time and method. The digital product is delivered electronically and automatically, by crediting coins to the balance of the User's game account, immediately after the payment is confirmed by the payment system — as a rule within a few minutes, but no later than 24 hours. No other delivery method is provided.

Moment of performance. The Seller's obligations are deemed fulfilled at the moment the coins are credited to the balance of the User's account.

Refunds. Due to the digital nature of the product and its instant delivery, paid and delivered digital goods are non-refundable. A refund is possible only if the product was not delivered through the Seller's fault or a duplicate (erroneous) charge occurred — upon contacting support within 14 days of the payment date.

Support. Requests regarding payment and delivery are accepted through the support form on the site or at admin@moonwell.su, with a response time of up to 3 business days.

User responsibility. Before paying, the User must independently review the description of the product being purchased. Goods purchased for an account blocked for rule violations are not subject to compensation.
