We’ve prepared the most important information to save you from unnecessary questions and help you start comfortably.

Start Playing

Phase 1

Phase 1 begins on December 14 — together with the opening of Tier 4 raids and the start of arenas.

Reminder: you need to complete the attunement for Karazhan. We recommend reading this guide.

Battlegrounds (BG)

Battleground registration becomes available from level 10. You can queue from anywhere using the command .bg. After the battle, you will be teleported back to the place where you queued.

Alterac Valley will be enabled later, once there are enough level 70 players.

Alliance Bonuses

The following bonuses for the Alliance are approved:

x3 rates for leveling professions and reputations (instead of x2)
all flight paths are unlocked from the start
gear never breaks

Summoning Stone

Based on the results of the vote, a new item has been added to the game Summoning Stone, which allows you to summon party members to dungeons and raids. The stone is granted upon first entering an instance.

Dual Spec

When creating a character, you will immediately receive Book of Talents, which allows you to switch between specs for free.

Menu and Game Commands

The game includes a menu with all custom server features — from stuck teleports to character appearance change. You can open it using the in-game command .menu.

You can view the donation shop assortment using the command .shop , or through the menu.

Separate Coin Balance

To protect the server economy during the early stage, coins obtained before the opening of Moonwell x5 cannot be spent in the store of the new realm. The existing balance has been moved to a separate account, available only on Moonwell x100 and Old x5. Moonwell x5 uses its own balance, which you can top up in your account panel.

Online and Statistics

Online count will be displayed on the main page of the website.

You can check the current online and faction ratio in the game using the command .server info

Important Information

Do not try to level alts in 2+ windows using referral bonuses, or you will permanently lose your referral status.

Vote rewards on rating websites will become available later.

Support

If you encounter issues during gameplay — write in the global chat channel monitored by GMs, or post on the forum in the support section.
