This Policy establishes the specifics of processing data of users of the service located at https://moonwell.su/ (hereinafter the "Service") and the game servers accessible through it (hereinafter the "Servers"). This Policy also includes all annexes and additions to it.

This document (hereinafter the "Policy") is an integral part of the User Agreement.

1. Purposes of Processing User Data

Data is provided by users in connection with entering into the User Agreement with the Administration. Data may be provided by users at the request of the service in connection with the performance of concluded agreements.

Cases in which the user provides data (without limitation):

• When creating and managing an account on the website https://moonwell.su/ and/or on any server associated with it;
• When participating in testing of additional game services and/or service updates (if applicable);
• When participating in in-game promotions, competitions and other similar events;
• When sending requests, letters or making other kinds of contact with the service administration;
• When using additional, special services within the game.

Your data is processed for the following purposes (without limitation):

• Providing the ability to create and subsequently use and manage a user account on the service;
• Participation in the game and access to game features provided by the game scenario;
• Interaction with other users;
• Fixing errors, developing new game features and services;
• Interacting with users to receive feedback regarding the service, providing user support, sending notifications and other important messages regarding the service;
• Receiving, processing and verifying payments;
• Providing technical support;
• Informing about future events related to the service, its updates and other similar events.

2. User Data Collected and Processed by the Service

The data that the service collects and processes may include (without limitation):

• Name, nickname (character nickname);
• User identifier (login or user ID);
• Email address;
• Payment information, etc.

3. Other Data Collected and Processed by the Service

In order to provide quality services, the service collects and processes additional non-personal data. Such data includes:

• Unique identifier of the user's device (HWID) and parameters of the software used;
• Operating system version, device type and hardware identifiers;
• Time zone;
• Information about user actions on the service and directly in the game (logs of game actions, actions on the service, in-game achievements, time spent in the game, time of last login, information about game logins, etc.);
• Information about the IP address and geographic location of the device from which the service is accessed.

4. Data Storage

The data storage period is the period during which the related game services are provided (whichever is longer), unless a different period is provided by the applicable legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. Use, Distribution and Transfer of Data

The service may combine and use user data with other information to provide, manage and develop the game.

In addition, your data may be provided in the following cases:

• When necessary to comply with the law, for example when investigating fraud;
• When there are reasonable suspicions of a potential or existing violation of the service's rights.

6. Other Obligations of the Parties

The user is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the data they provide. In case of discrepancies or incorrect data, the data must be changed, including by contacting the service's technical support specialists.

The Service Administration reserves the right, when deleting and/or changing user data, to retain the data necessary to comply with the law and ensure the security of the service.

7. Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your internet browser on your computer's hard drive. Moonwell uses cookies to link the user with the information provided on the site, as well as to provide personalized content.
