The Cipher of Damnation Ar'Tor's Charge

Quest starts okay, the npc spawns his spirit hunter, but when you bring it to the location to summon Veneratus the Many, nothing happens. So quest cannot be compelted. occasionally the spirit hunter will just disappear if you enter combat with the Illidari Shock Troppers on the way to the summoning spot. The spot im going to is 28.6, 57.3 in SMV

Pick up the quest from Spirit of Ar'tor, he spawns his spirit hunter. Dodge or kill patrols on your way to location 28.6, 57.3 in Shadowmoon Valley where the Spirit of Ar'tor should summon Veneratus the Many, but nothing happens

Veneratus the Many should spawn, you should fight and defeat him and the second part of the cipher of damnation should be lootable from the corpse Proof: https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/quest=10540/the-cipher-of-damnation-artors-charge
