What happened
Upon killing the final required NPC/mob for the quest The Vengeful Harbinger, the objective does not register as completed. As a result, the quest status remains incomplete and cannot be turned in.
How to reproduce
Kill The Vengeful Harbinger, quest won't be registered as completed.
What should happen

Try to disable same addons and delete cache folder. All is fine
