Update list #131

Rated battlegrounds are available again, but only in test mode. Rating will be granted, but it may be reset after testing is complete. Once all tests are finished, special rewards will be added. BG and arena match logging has been added. This feature is currently in testing and will later appear on the website as match-specific statistics.
