FAQ for Easy x100 players
Before the wipe, I bought coins for donation. Can they be returned?
All coins that were purchased for real money in period from 2016-02-08 to 2020-12-16 and was spent to buy items on Easy x100, will be returned in 100% amount back to accounts. To restore, you must submit a request in control panel until February 15th 2021.
How to get donated coins back?
On December 15, in your control panel on the site, you can leave a request to refund coins. Please note that refund requests will be accepted within two months, until February 15th. This is preliminary information. We post another info about the need to create a request on December 15.
I had a good gear character before the wipe. Can I get some compensation?
A couple of days after Moonwell x100 launch, you will be able to create a request in control panel to receive compensation using the link: https://moonwell.su/compensation. Coins will be credited after review. Requests will be accepted until February 15, 2021.
How do I know how many coins will be credited to me?
The amount of compensation will be from 50 to 1000 coins, depending on the value of all characters on single account at the time of December 14, 2020 (before the start of first testing stage). Total amount will be calculated after reviewing your request.
If I donated, will I receive compensation for the characters and a refund of donated coins?
Yes. Compensation coins will be returned along with the coins that were donated.
What criteria will be used to calculate characters value?
By played time and equipment.
Will I be able to get compensation for all of my accounts?
No, only for characters on one account (you can choose which one in your control panel later).
