Terms of use
By registering a gaming account and/or connecting to this server, you automatically accept the terms of this agreement, server rules, privacy policy, as well as all rules and conditions established on this resource moonwell.su. The administration is not responsible for any violations by players of the World Of Warcraft™ End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree with any of the terms of this Agreement, you have the right to cease using this resource.
Unofficial Server
This unofficial World of Warcraft server (hereinafter "Server") is an experimental non-commercial project created to familiarize users with the game World of Warcraft. This server does not violate the World of Warcraft EULA, as no decompilation or investigation of the game client has been performed for its development. The development is not a derivative work of the original game but is an informational mimicry project.
Connecting to the Server
Connecting to the Server requires modifying the realmlist.wtf file or using third-party programs, which violates Section A, Article 4 of the World of Warcraft EULA. Users perform this modification at their own risk, taking full responsibility and agreeing to the terms of this Agreement.
Prohibition of Game Client Distribution
The distribution of the game client is prohibited by the EULA. Therefore, neither the original World of Warcraft client nor any preliminary (alpha, beta, etc.) versions of the client are provided on the Server, either in whole or in part. All updates to the game posted on this site's server are unchanged and fully comply with the official ones. The Server serves as an unofficial mirror for enGB and enUS game updates.
Ownership by the Administration
All user accounts, characters, game items, skills, and other acquired elements are the property of the Server Administration. All static game content (including but not limited to names, computer code, musical accompaniment, objects, stories, dialogues, locations, NPC graphics and animations, their placement, landscape elements, visual effects, history, and other elements) is the intellectual property of Blizzard Entertainment, except in cases otherwise specifically agreed upon.
Sources of Static Content
Static game content such as the placement of NPCs, objects, information about talents, spells, formulas, and other game data is obtained through the study of open internet resources, the official User Guide, data from the official forum, paid and free game guides, as well as based on the personal experience of the Administration's representatives, derived from playing on official World of Warcraft servers.
Content Claims
Claims regarding static game content, graphic elements, game design, and other intellectual property objects of Blizzard Entertainment can be addressed to Blizzard Entertainment representatives in the manner prescribed by the World of Warcraft EULA, provided that the claimant has an account on the official server and has not violated the EULA.
Donations
All donations made by users of the resource are voluntary, non-refundable, and without compensation. The administration does not consider requests for the return of donated funds. Users must thoroughly review all information about the desired services before making a donation. All actions taken to support the project financially are at the users' own risk.
