World changes:

Fixed a bug with deleting a team of a solo 3v3 arena through a slash command, which entailed bugs.
Changing damage/HP modifiers in Naxxramas.
All 5-ppl heroic dungeons are adapted for 1-2 players.
Spells related to crafting reagents for professions no longer have cooldowns. In this regard, the proc of Master of Transmutation is disabled for crafting primals.
November 4th [Badge of Justice] will become a personal item! You have a week to give your BOJ wherever you need it.
Now the NPC Loremin, which teleports players to dungeons, shows how many people are needed to go to a specific raid/dungeon.
