Update list #60.1

Fixed all known issues with Golem Guardian.
Golem Guardian now wakes up after 30 seconds.
Badges of Hero have been removed from the drop from all elites that do not drop BoJ.
Added missing Hero Marks and chests to some bosses loot in heroic dungeons.
Removed loot from Sunblade Scout in Sunwell.
