Update list #35

Moonwell x100 changes:

FFA mode is now turned on forcibly not from level 60, but from level 70
Added a ban on BG registration if you are already in line for a 3x3 arena and vice versa
Increased stacks for some items
Removed cost for books needed to train demons
And many other minor changes ...

Changes in the single player 3v3 arena:

One team cannot have more than 1 healer
Rating change is calculated using the standard formula
The amount of added / subtracted rating is two times less
Rating change now depends on your personal rating and the average rating of the enemy team
You can buy arena equipment for 3v3 personal rating without restrictions
