World changes:

Fixed automatic Alterac activation at 21:00.
Some fixes in Naxxramas.
Changed HP/damage modifiers in heroic Naxxramas.
On a temporary basis, GMs gain a special command, which increases the player's damage and attack speed by 100% when in raid. The purpose of this to help english-speaking community server by simplifying raiding.

Solo 3v3 arena:

Removed the requirement to have a certain amount of resilience rating to register.
