Update list #77

The server operating system has been updated to the latest version. Fixed issues with using process resources with different priorities. Now there will be no lags when compiling/backup the server.
Updated libraries used by the core of the game server. Fixed rare crashes. Some functions have been updated. Improved security and stability.
The Web server and many other system programs have been updated.
