Update list #82

A lot of changes for the future Moonwell x5, concerning the progressive. An intermediate (fifth) phase has been added.
Now all the BG and arena battlemasters have the same gossip script. The functionality has been slightly changed.
Fixed a bug where the player was hostile to city guards after death.
The Info-Murlock script has been reworked. New players no longer get frozen after character creation.
Reworked many functions in server core.
