Update list #87

General changes:

Added a timer for completing the entire dungeon, on the basis of which the rating will be built.
A lot of work has been done on core optimization.
Fixed all known crashes.

Moonwell x5:

Added .bg command to summon a BG master anywhere.
HP of all enemy targets is now displayed as a percentage (blizzlike).
Rated BG removed from the game.
Fixed inaccuracies in information given by starting Murloc.

Due to significant changes in the server core, unexpected problems and frequent restarts during the day (or even more) are possible until we fix everything.
