A1 now is free

Arena season 1 set including the offset and basic PvP trinket can now be purchased from a goblin in the center of Shattrath City for free.

This update is intended to create more comfortable conditions for new PvP players, increase arena activity, and also to get rid of "naked" players in BG problem.
