Easier instances

As planned before, on Moonwell x100, we applied final HP and damage reductions for TBC raids until -80%, making them much easier and allowing to small player groups. The bosses Archimonde, Illidan, and all creatures in The Sunwell will not have any reductions (100% HP and damage). Only raiding guilds can get the best PvE gear in the game. Thus, it is limited for casual players, which contributes to more balance in PvP.
