Update list #117

For beginners:

• Upon reaching levels 3, 20, and 50, a special NPC arrives for the player, who can immediately raise the level to 70 and teleport to Shattrath if desired.
• Now you can get equipment up to item level 123 for free, as well as set A1 and PvP trinkets from vendors located in the center of Shattrath.
• In Shattrath, a new NPC named Neiferiz has appeared to help newcomers adapt to the server. He offers several quests, completing which allows you to receive useful rewards to start the game and better understand the server's features.
• All starting equipment doesn't require gold for purchase, including sockets.
  

Other:

• Some vendors have been merged into one universal vendor with multiple categories.
• All goods from vendors are now presented in sorted order.
• To transfer some personal items to other characters using NPC Elliel, 2150 GS (total equipment level) is now required. This prevents various abuses related to promo codes and promotions.
• Characteristics of all NPCs in Alterac Valley have been changed. Immunities to CC protection for the boss have been added.
• The movement speed of the Golem Guardian has been increased, and known bugs with movements and casts have been fixed.
• Fixed the disappearance of buffs from [Buff Scroll] for paladins when changing specs, as well as when re-buffing pets.
• Healers are no longer considered a separate class in solo 3v3 arena. Now, teams won't have two of the same class with different roles.
